well... it might not be a weapon... think kitchen utensil... like a spatula maybe? Make cake not war... that kind of thing...
It is a kitchen utensil, i use to help chooks move from the yard to the oven.
It looks like a knife cutting open the building's gutter, letting out any leftover rain...
